Subject: Inbetween game actions, spending xp and influences

Since we skiped a game, what effect does that have on the last of these things? In many cases the results were noted as done. So do we do more for this next game (since we have election stuff and the like to prep for) or do we carry over the last results?

Also can we spend XP again as of yet?
