I, ____________________, the parent / or legal guardian (circle one) of _____________________, give my permission for my child to play in Ji Dian Station, a live action role playing game, referred to as the LARP. By signing this document, I understand that my child may be exposed to descriptions of events that are intended for a mature audience, such as murder, sex, drugs, prostitution, and other acts that may or may not be socially acceptable. I also understand that this is just a fantasy game and none of these things actually happen.  I also acknowledge that while those who run the game take reasonable precautions to prevent accidents and injuries, they can still occur.  I agree not to hold the organizers of the LARP responsible for injuries that may occur.
